The key to the drink is the o...I love a good Bronx. The key to the drink is the orange juice. Fresh-squeezed is best, naturally, but if you get a fresh orange that's lacking in acidity then your Bronx is going to be, as you say, flabby. Adding a small portion of lemon juice will get the acidity the drink needs while still maintaining the sweetness of the orange.
